Product information

December delivery

Monday–Saturday, 10am–7pm. We cannot offer or guarantee specific delivery times. For early-day occasions, choose the previous day. We aim to reach business addresses by 5pm, without a guarantee.

Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve: £10 delivery, BT1–BT18 only, subject to availability. No local deliveries 25–29 December or 1–5 January. Local delivery resumes 30–31 December and then 6 January.

Courier dispatch: last Christmas dispatch 21 December 2026; dispatch resumes 5 January 2027. Allow extra time for seasonal transit delays. Available destinations and rates depend on your items and are confirmed at checkout.

Click and collect

Choose your collection date in the basket. Collections are Monday–Saturday, 9.30am–4.30pm. Christmas Eve: collect by 2pm. Collections resume 29 December at 11am. Closed 1 January.

Please collect on your selected date and wait for your ready-to-collect notification. Fresh flowers are prepared around that date; we cannot guarantee their condition if collected later. Wreaths require at least 3 days’ preparation.

Remove Packaging, Pop in a Vase & Enjoy

Arrive out of water? Remove your flowers from packaging,
trim the end of your stems, cutting them at an angle & pop into a vase of fresh water.

Bear in mind that homes during the festive period can generally be warmer then what fresh cut flowers would be used, particularly with home heating, so make sure to store somewhere cool.

Refresh

Freshly trim each stem at 45 degree angle and replace the water every 2 days for maximum lifespan. You should also clean and sterilise your vase.

Remove

Some flowers last longer then others, remove flowers as they die off, repeat the refresh stage.
