Can the flowers match our brand or event colours?
Yes. Share your colour direction and any references with your enquiry. We’ll choose seasonal flowers that work together and reflect the occasion. If a particular flower is essential, mention it at the start so we can check availability and confirm whether it can be included.
How many arrangements do we need?
Tell us the number, shape and size of your tables and how they’ll be set. We’ll recommend suitable quantities and formats, whether you want one arrangement per table or smaller pieces spread along a longer table. Your budget and the room layout help us work out the best combination.
Are the vases included?
We’ll confirm the vessels that come with your chosen format and whether they are supplied to keep or on hire. The arrangement depends on the product and event, so it is stated in your quote rather than assumed. Any return or collection arrangements are agreed with you before the date.
Can you deliver and set the flowers out?
Tell us the venue and when the flowers are needed, and we’ll confirm the available delivery and setup options. Collection from our store can also be discussed. For a larger venue-wide design, entrance installation or plant hire, our Events & Brand Styling service may be a better fit.
