Your questions, answered.
Does registering guarantee a trial place?
No. We’re planning the trial for five selected businesses and are currently gathering expressions of interest. We’ll confirm dates, coverage and participation details before places are offered. Selected businesses will receive the full arrangements before deciding whether to take part.
What will the trial include?
We’ll confirm the display size, refresh schedule, delivery and vase arrangements with selected businesses before the trial begins. The dates and eligibility are still being finalised, so registering now is a way to express interest rather than book a fixed package.
Will we have to sign up for regular flowers?
No. The trial does not automatically start a paid service, and there is no obligation to continue. If you’d like to keep receiving flowers, we’ll discuss a suitable plan and provide a separate quote. A paid arrangement begins only after you agree to it.
Can we get a quote if we aren’t selected?
Absolutely. You can request a regular flower quote whether or not you receive a trial place. Tell us your preferred style, space and budget, or choose the optional quote request on the form. This is separate from signing up for general marketing emails.
