Your questions, answered.
Can you help with the plants we already have?
Yes. Existing plants can be part of the consultation. Tell us which plants are worrying you, what has changed and where they are positioned. We’ll look at the conditions and care routine, then recommend practical changes or discuss any further work that may help.
Will you repot or treat plants during the visit?
An advice visit focuses on assessing the plants and space and helping you understand what to do next. Repotting, pest treatment and other hands-on work are separate services, so mention them when you enquire. We’ll confirm whether they can be included, what materials are needed and any additional cost before the visit.
What is the difference between advice and a design assessment?
Advice helps you choose, position and care for plants yourself. A design and installation assessment is the starting point for a project you want Memento to plan and deliver. Detailed layouts, visual concepts, sourcing and installation planning are agreed as a separate design scope, so you can choose the level of help you actually need.
