I want to order flowers on your website to be delivered on a specific date, how do I let you know what date?"

At checkout on the last page before order confirmation, there is a note section where you can tell us about any special delivery requests you may have.
What happens if nobody is at home when you deliver?

When placing your order, you can use the note section to tell us of a convenient time to deliver your order. However, if not one is at home, we will pop a card through the letter box to let you know if we left your flowers with a neighbour or somewhere safe on the property. If there is nowhere safe to leave your flowers we will take them back for store collection or can be redelivered or redirected at an additional delivery charge.
When is the cut-off time for same-day flower delivery?

To get same-day delivery, please place your order by 11am. Orders after 11am will be delivered the next day.
What are your delivery charges?

We deliver Monday to Saturday:

  • Lisburn & Newtownabbey: £12.95
  • Bangor, Carrickfergus, Saintfield & Hillsborough Areas: £14.95
  • Priority Local Delivery: £14.95 (local areas only)

Will I receive a delivery notification?

If you have placed your order via our website, then yes, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been delivered.

If ordering over the phone or in person in-store, you will need to provide us with your email address to receive a delivery notification.

We have recently upgraded all our systems and you will receive a notification when our driver has left to complete their route with your order onboard. Upon delivery you will receive another email with an update and if nobody is home a picture and information of the order and where it was safely left.

Can I bring my own pottery for planting?

Absolutely! You can bring your own pottery, and we'll plant your chosen plants. If we have the plants in store, we can do it while you wait. Otherwise, it may take up to 72 hours. A small handling charge applies.
I am looking a particular plant, do you offer a sourcing service?

Yes, if we don't have the plant you are looking for in store, we will always do our very best to source the plant you are after. Drop us an email at info@mementofloraldesign.com

Please note that a small deposit will be required once we have confirmed that we can supply your plant

We will always be here to offer you advice, and ensure you have everything you need after purchase to care for your plants. Each plant we sell online has individual care instructions on the product page.

How accurate are plant sizes?

All plant heights shown on our website are approximate and are intended as a guide only.

Plants are living, growing products and naturally vary in height, shape, fullness and overall appearance. Unlike manufactured products, no two plants are identical.

Plant sizes are based on the commercial grade supplied by our growers and are measured from the base of the nursery pot to the top of the tallest stem or leaf when the plant is positioned upright. Plants may naturally vary due to seasonal growth, pruning, cultivation methods and transportation.

During delivery, foliage may bend or compress inside protective packaging. This is completely normal and, once unpacked and placed in a suitable environment, most plants will naturally settle and regain their normal shape over the following days.

The photographs shown on our website are representative examples only. The plant you receive may differ slightly in height, fullness, number of stems, leaf shape and overall appearance.

What is your returns policy for plants?

We offer a 10-day guarantee on our plants. After this period, it's your responsibility to care for them. We ensure all plants are healthy and cannot be responsible for neglect.
