Can you work to our budget?
Absolutely. We tailor each design to your business, the space and what you want to spend. We’ll discuss where the flowers will have the greatest effect, recommend suitable sizes and quantities, and agree a regular budget with you. A reception display and a set of restaurant table flowers need different approaches; we’ll help you find the right one.
Are the vases included?
Yes. Vase hire is included in your price or quote. We have a wide selection of clear and coloured glass and ceramic vases to suit different interiors and brand preferences. Like our flowers, we like to switch it up: we rotate suitable vessels with your deliveries so you receive a different display, while keeping the overall look right for your business. We’ll explain the vase exchange arrangements before your first delivery.
Where do you deliver?
Our regular flower service covers a 12-mile radius from our store at 1A Haywood Avenue. That includes Belfast, Newtownabbey, Lisburn, Holywood and Dunmurry. Send us your business postcode and we’ll confirm coverage, a suitable delivery schedule and access arrangements for your premises.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Our service is flexible around your business needs. You can pause your flowers or skip a week, and our team will work with you around bank holidays, planned closures and changes to your opening days. Let us know about changes in advance so we can reschedule and manage your deliveries together.
Is the initial consultation free?
Yes. The initial consultation for regular contract flowers is complimentary and comes with no obligation. We’ll get to know your business, discuss the areas you’d like to dress and talk through your style and budget. You can then review our quote before deciding whether to go ahead.
Can we choose weekly or fortnightly flowers?
Yes. We offer weekly and fortnightly schedules and will help you choose what suits your setting. Light, heating and how busy the space is can affect the flowers, so we’ll discuss those details with you and suggest a sensible refresh plan. Your displays will follow the agreed style while changing with seasonal availability.
