Can you work to a budget per gift?
Yes. Tell us the quantity and what you’d like to spend per person, along with the occasion. We’ll recommend suitable gifts and presentation within that brief and explain any choices that affect the total. Availability and delivery requirements are confirmed before you approve the order.
Can we add our own message or branding?
Personal gift messages can be included, and we can discuss colours and presentation that suit your business. If you need custom branding, share the idea and any artwork early. We’ll check the lead time, quantities and cost, then confirm what can be supplied before work begins.
Can gifts be sent to different addresses?
Tell us where the gifts need to go and what you’d like to send. We’ll confirm delivery options for those products and destinations, and agree how recipient details and messages will be supplied. We won’t assume that one delivery method suits every gift or location.
How much notice do you need for a larger order?
The earlier you enquire, the more choice we can usually offer, especially for Christmas, custom presentation or larger quantities. Send your ideal date, numbers and budget and we’ll check availability. We’ll agree the final order and message deadlines with you as part of the quote.
