There’s a £250 minimum spend to secure your chosen palette. Orders below this value can’t guarantee specific colours. Single item orders from this collection will be created as florist’s choice, using the freshest
blooms from our flower bar. Flower girl posies can only be ordered as part of a larger wedding order, not as single items.

When do I need to confirm my order?
All orders must be confirmed at least 2 weeks before your wedding or event.
If you’re ordering with less notice, we’ll do our best, but we may need to tweak your design based on what’s available.
Once your order is placed and you're within that 2-week window, it’s locked in and non-refundable, so please double-check all the details before confirming.
Do you offer Delivery or venue set up?
If you choose to have your flowers delivered, we’ll deliver them the day before your wedding, between 9am and 5pm.
Custom delivery, including timing requests on the morning of your wedding or setup's to your home or venue, we can usually make happen, but there may be an additional cost.
Can we collect from your store?
You can choose Store Pick-up if you prefer to collect. Collections are available from 3pm the day before your wedding. We'll get in touch to confirm details.
Can I mix & match colour palettes?
Each order is based on one style and colour palette, mixing and matching across collections isn’t available.

Is there a minimum spend?
To guarantee your chosen style and palette, there’s a minimum spend of £250.
Orders below this amount will still be created with love, but there could be some variation in colour or flower choice depending on what’s available that week. We do not guarantee a palette below this spend.
We’ll always aim to keep the overall look and feel on point, but a little flexibility helps us work our magic.
How far ahead are these prices valid?
All prices listed are for weddings taking place within 6 months of your booking.
If you're planning ahead more then 6 months in advance, just a heads up, your order may be subject to a small surcharge to reflect any increase in flower or labour costs closer to the time.
If your wedding is taking place during peak trading times such as Christmas, Valentines or Mother's Day a surcharge may apply to price increases of wholesale flowers at these times.
How do we care for the flowers when we receive them?
Bouquets will arrive in water and should be stored in a cool place, take care when lifting your bouquet out of its box to avoid drips. Buttonholes, wired flowers and crowns should be kept in the fridge until you're ready to wear them.
Venue flowers should be stored somewhere cool until you are ready to style your space

How much input do I have on flower choice?
This collection is all about keeping things simple, stylish, and stress-free. Each design is made to reflect the tone and colour palette of our five signature styles, with seasonal flowers and our florists' creative flair.
If you’re after something totally bespoke, this might not be the best fit, but if you love the look and want to keep it easy, you’re in the right place.
