This is your one to one consultation with our florist, a proper chat where we get into the details that actually matter. Style, colour, mood, what you love, what you don’t… and how it all comes together on the day.

Each consultation is tailored around your requirements.

A relaxed 30-minute consultation where we’ll:

  • Talk through your wedding style and overall vibe
  • Explore colour palettes and seasonal flowers
  • Guide you on trends, styles and what will work for your big day
  • Start shaping your floral plan and budget

  • Duration: Approx. 30 minutes
  • Location: Memento, Ormeau Road
  • Consultation Hours: These vary on availability but we normally host Tuesday to Saturday between 11am – 4pm

HOW IT WORKS

All About No-Fuss Wedding Flowers

Wedding Flowers

Please note that we will deliver your flowers the day BEFORE your wedding and aim to deliver these between 9am and 5pm. If you require a timed delivery slot, please get in touch with us after you place your order, and, where possible, we can arrange this for an additional fee.

We offer delivery within a 12-mile radius of our store. If you live beyond our delivery zone, then you should choose the click and collect option at checkout and arrange for your flowers to be collected from our store between 12pm and 5pm the day before your wedding.

Your flowers will all arrive in water (with the exception of crowns) and we recommend that you store buttonholes and crowns in the fridge until you are ready to wear them. Bouquets and venue arrangements should be stored in cold room away from a heat source and care should be taken when removing the bouquet from its box to avoid water droplets on dresses. Memento accept no responsibility for the condition of flowers after delivery or collection is completed

Venue Flowers

If you are ordering flowers to be delivered directly to your venue and require them to be delivered on the day of your wedding then don't hesitate to get in touch with us after you have placed your order to arrange delivery, this will be subject to an additional delivery and set up fee which has a minimum charge of £25 per venue. Please note we do not transfer flowers between venues after service.

Clear instructions must be provided on the placement of flowers, or you should arrange for a contact at the venue to place these flowers for you. We do not accept any responsibility for flowers being placed in the wrong location or flowers that are damaged by a 3rd party.

FAQs

Orders must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the date of your wedding/event, if less then 2 weeks notice is provided, we reserve the right to cancel or make amendments to your scheme based on availability

You can only place an order for one colour scheme; you cannot mix and match from different collections

Minimum spend for an order is £200, any order below this value may result in a variance of colour schemes depending on availability.

Prices quoted are for 2025 only.

The purpose of this collection is to keep the process as simple and fuss-free as possible. If you have a bespoke product or wedding request in mind, this may not be the right option for you, and at the moment, this is our only wedding offering.

Once placed, all orders are confirmed and non-refundable within 2 weeks from the date of your event.
