Personalised Floral Letters
Letters are a popular choice for funerals especially from close family members who want to make a personal statement. A funeral flower letter tribute from a close family group may be the main floral tribute at the funeral, and placed either on the casket or on show through the window of the hearse. Alternatively, when a casket spray is being ordered a letters tribute from children or grandchildren of the deceased may also be placed with the coffin in the church or funeral venue.
Funeral flower letter sizes are around 30cm and are always uppercase letters and created on a white chrysthemum base with personal floral touches.

Please include all additional information such as spelling of letters in the order preference field. Please note that we will endevour to meet your requirements, but in the event we made need to make substitutions or changes to colour preference we will contact you directly.
Ordering Information For Funeral Flowers
Ordering Times
We kindly ask that funeral flower orders are placed at least 48 hours in advance, and ideally 3–5 days for more intricate designs like Casket Sprays. This gives our florists the time they need to create something truly fitting. That said, we understand that timing isn’t always in your hands — especially when religious or cultural traditions come into play — and we’ll always do our best to help. We’ll also work closely with your chosen funeral director to make sure everything is delivered smoothly and with care, so you have one less thing to worry about.

If you’re choosing from our online collection, simply select the design you'd like to send, pick a delivery date and time, and follow the easy steps through checkout.
To help us ensure everything goes smoothly, it’s helpful to have the following details ready:
- • The name of the deceased
- • The address of the funeral director (or a residential address, if appropriate)
- • A message for the card to accompany your flowers
