At Memento, we try to be as environmentally friendly as we can and therefore we limit plastic packaging where possible, however to ensure the protection and safe delivery of your plant, bubble wrap may be necessary. We will always try to reuse cardboard boxes from store deliveries, so your order may not arrive in branded packaging.

When considering a new pot, we’ve got some guidelines below to help you choose the right size. All our plants are advertised with the size of their current nursery pot, plants should always be gradually potted on, never jump too big as this can lead to watering issues

• 5cm to 10cm - 2cm bigger
• 11cm to 15cm - 3cm bigger
• 16cm to 20cm - 4cm bigger
• 20cm to 30cm – 5cm bigger
• 30cm+ - 8 to 12cm bigger

These guidelines are based on plants being potted on, we cannot guarantee that a nursery pot will sit comfortably inside a decorative pot. Most of our pots come sealed with no drainage holes therefore our team will add a base layer of drainage before potting on with a nutrient rich soil. You will need to water your plant as soon as you get it home.
