From Monday 12th April we will be offering a strict non contact Click and Collect service from our East Belfast Creative Hub.
This service is only available for pre-orders which are made online or via telephone
Due to limited timeslots being available, same day click and collect may not be available, we always recommend getting your order in early! Collections are available from our Creative Hub only between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and our team will allocate you a timeslot to collect your order. Please note that our slots are allocated based on a first come first serve basis. If placing your order via Telephone you will be allocated a collection slot at the time of order
If placing your order online, we will contact you on the number provided to schedule a collection slot.

We are offering 15 minute slots daily to avoid congestion outside our hub and for your safety and protection, you should only arrive during your allocated time slot.
We kindly ask that only 1 person arrives to pick up your order. When you arrive, please go to reception and ring the doorbell for attention. Our team will then bring your order to you.
For the safety and protection of our team and to ensure we have an efficient service for all our customers our staff will be unable to provide care advice, this is available on the gift card we will provide you with your order which will direct you to the care information on our website.
If you are unable to make your allocated slot please contact our team to reschedule.
