• BT19+ deliveries are charged at £10 up to a 12 mile radius from our store.

• Courier from £6.50 – Choose the courier option at checkout, courier orders are fulfilled Tuesday to Thursday and are delivered next working day. NI & ROI only, for GB please call for quote.

 

Click & Collect 

You can order your flowers & plants online in advance for store collection. We will send you an order confirmation with your collection date.

I’d like to order flowers or a gift for delivery, what information do I need to provide?

We ask that you provide as much information as possible about the recipient we are delivering to. If you have it, please provide a contact number so we can pre-arrange delivery with the recipient

 

What if the person I am sending flowers to isn’t at home when you deliver?

We will always look for a safe space on the property to leave the flowers if nobody is home, obviously if there are poor weather conditions (lets face it, our weather is quite temperamental) we will take extra precautions to protect your order from damage. Our drivers use their initiative depending on the property they are delivering to. If there is a safe space on the property we will leave the order there and pop a note through the letterbox however if the residence is a street address with no safe space we will not leave the delivery to avoid situations such as theft. We will make an attempt to leave it with a neighbour otherwise we will return it to our store and request the recipient get in touch with us to arrange a collection or another re-delivery. In normal circumstances we would have a re-delivery charge, however this will only apply to deliveries that are greater then 6 miles from our store and the charge will vary from £3.50 to £5 to cover fuel and driver salary.

 

If we have had to return the order to our store and we do not hear from the recipient within 24 hours we will contact you directly on the number provided at the time of order to discuss next steps. Please note that we are unable to accept any liability for orders which have been delivered and safely left on a property which have not been retrieved by the recipient.

 

How will I know that my order has been delivered?

When our delivery driver has returned to our store and confirmed successfully delivery we will send you a notification via email as long as an email address has been provided at time of ordering.

 

Can I specify a timed delivery?

We offer a priority delivery service which guarantees a morning delivery before 12pm, this service costs £14.95 and is subject to availability. Please call us to place your order if you wish to avail of this service.

Flower delivery service

We accept orders for delivery Monday to Saturday. Our flowers are handled with care and delivered by our own delivery drivers, therefore we only deliver within a 12 mile radius of our store.

 

Our deliveries are completed between the hours of 9am and 6pm, we charge a flat rate and do not take orders for specific times, if ordering for same day delivery your order will most likely be delivered in the PM anytime up to 6.30pm

 

Same day delivery available before 12pm, if past this time, please call our store on 02895430330 to check availability. At busy periods same day delivery may not be available or this time is subject to change, but this information will be available on our home and checkout page.

Plant/Giftware delivery service

Please note as we operate a physical retail and online store all of our plants may not be in stock, as soon as we have them, we will send it to you this is usually within 7 days from the date of your order. If you require this on a specific date, then please add this note at checkout, if your requested plant isn’t available, we will offer an alternative to the same or higher value.

 

If you live within a 12 mile radius of our store we will hand deliver your order to you, please choose the correct delivery zone at checkout. If you live beyond 12 miles from our store, please choose the DPD Courier option. For large plants over 130cm please call us to get a shipping quote.
